Fresh and expressive, this alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc captures the essence of Marlborough’s coast. Grown in the Wairau Valley, the fruit is picked at optimal ripeness to preserve bright aromatics and natural acidity.
Using cool vacuum distillation at just 86°F, we gently remove the alcohol while protecting the wine’s purity and flavour. A final touch of natural aroma brings lift and precision, echoing notes of lime, gooseberry, and tropical fruit.
